Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:

Generate additional revenue with the existing accounts by upselling and/or cross-selling

  • Primary point of contact and a trusted advisor for all the assigned accounts/customer stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain (existing) long-term relationships with aligned accounts
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/services as per the customer needs and objectives
  • Establish mutually benefitting two-way communication between customer and the organization to manage the expectations
  • Overseeing customer account management, including preparation of SoWs, proposals, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels within the customer organization, including executive and C-level
  • Customer relationship health monitoring with pre-established key metrics to improve the overall experience
  • Identify and nurture new growth areas with the existing customers/stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal stakeholders (production, SMEs, product owners, etc.) to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Participate and collaborate with extended sales team to reach new/prospective clients
  • Deploy innovative techniques to maximize saving, profits and achieve customer delight
