Inside Sales Team Member To be a part of the inside sales team driving the desired sales targets/revenues defined by the sales leadership. Also, align with the global sales leadership to help support them to achieve their objectives/targets.
Sales Goals Management Present periodical sales progress reports to the vertical leads & the management. Monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results.
Client Relationships Management Regularly communicate and build relationships with existing and new customers. Develop a customer feedback mechanism to ensure that the inside sales department is operating successfully and use this feedback to make improvements if needed.
Sales Best Practices Constantly measure the sales performance and determine if existing practices and processes are generating enough pipeline to achieve sales targets. Also, suggest improvements to sales processes as needed, implement improvements and monitor the impact of these changes over a determined period of time.
Team member should have good written and verbal communication, listening, customer service, and organizational skills. It is also essential to be a good team player and resourceful problem-solvers who can help other team members whenever required, manage change and work with a diverse group of people. Strong analytical, time management and individual leadership skills are an added skill to this position. Along with these abilities, it is imperative to perform the below tasks:
- Evaluation of sales processes and procedures
- Creation of sales department budgets
- Developing sales reports
- Generating new sales and retaining existing customers
