Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Should provide Internal Support: create/maintain users, fields, objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, approval processes, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, etc. for pipedrive portal. Experience assisting in data cleanup and migration efforts

2) Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them. Enjoys working in an agile team where things move quickly and priorities frequently shift. Strong Data Analysis Skills.

3) Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. Compiling monthly sales reports. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
4) Provide training to the salesforce on usage of a configured pipedrive portal Provide weekly management reports.

5) Advice executive and senior leadership in the company on data insights gathered from the pipeline
